Bolivar Peninsula deliveries use the Galveston–Port Bolivar ferry, so delivery windows may shift with ferry wait times. See Areas We Serve.

Good to Know

• Order notice: 72 hours. Rush orders (24 to 72 hours) are accepted based on availability, with a 15% rush fee.
• Holidays: holiday orders are due 10 days in advance and paid in full at ordering. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the holiday receive a full refund, minus administrative costs and any non-refundable vendor costs already paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the holiday are not refunded.
• Payment: one-time orders are paid in full at ordering. Bank draft (ACH), Zelle, Cash App and debit cards have no processing fee. A 3% fee applies to credit cards. Checks are not accepted. Texas sales tax applies.
• Cancellations: more than 72 hours before delivery, full refund minus administrative costs and any non-refundable vendor costs already paid. Non-refundable vendor costs are money we have already paid to vendors for your order that cannot be refunded to us. 24 to 72 hours, 50% refund minus the same costs. 24 hours or less, no refund.
• Receiving: someone must be available to receive the order, or it will be left according to your access instructions.
• Pickup: orders not picked up within 2 hours of the pickup time are released for food safety and are not refunded.
• Food safety: refrigerate food within 2 hours of delivery.
• Referral perk: refer a friend who places an order and receive a complimentary dessert tray on your next order.
